The Foundation Session

After this one-hour session rooted in nurture and attachment, you’ll walk away with a concrete plan on how to improve your little one’s sleep and a renewed confidence in your parental instincts.

How it works

1.   You’ll complete a detailed intake so we can spend the full hour on what matters most right now.

2.   In the 60-min consult, we’ll identify your top priorities, address the key drivers of your sleep challenges, and build a clear, values-aligned plan for the next two weeks.

3.   You’ll receive your session notes within 24 hours, which means all you have to do on the call is pay attention (no note-taking!).

4.   Where helpful, I’ll send you along with curated handouts and resources so you have what you need to implement with confidence.

5.   After two weeks, you can book another session to keep working on sleep at your own pace, or credit your first session toward any package.

For many families, this one session creates a meaningful shift.

For others, it’s the beginning of an ongoing process — you can book follow-up sessions whenever your schedule allows, going deeper at your own pace with no pressure and no timeline. Either way, you’ll leave this session knowing exactly where you stand and what to try next.

This session is entirely personalized to your family, situation, goals and values. There is no generic plan — just me guiding you with the objectivity of someone who’s not in the thick of it with you.
