–  You’ve had a Foundation Session within the last two weeks and are ready to upgrade.

What’s included?

  1. Complete Family Sleep Assessment: I analyze your detailed intake — everything from your wellbeing to your baby's individual needs, as well as your 3-day feeding and sleep log.

  2. 60-Minute Personalized Strategy Session: Together, we discuss my recommendations and make a plan to address your top goals and priorities.

  3. Curated Wisdom Library: Within 24 hours, I will send you your personalized sleep plan, as well as hand-selected educational resources specific to your situation.

  4. 5 Weeks of Continuous Heart-Centered Support: Voice and text access for ongoing encouragement, gentle course-corrections, and celebrating every beautiful milestone.

  5. 5 Optional 30-min Live Calls: Clients like to check-in live once a week for additional clarification, updates, and coaching. These live conversations are for chats that just aren’t the same via text.

  6. Time for True Integration: This package gives your family space for gradual, soul-aligned changes that honor your baby's unique development and needs.
