Free webinar: Nurturing Infant Sleep for Lifelong Mental Health

A free one-hour virtual workshop for parents, parents-to-be, and anyone who cares for a baby and wants to understand sleep through the lens of neuroscience and nurture.

What to expect

Together we'll look at what a baby's brain is building in the early years, why babies wake as often as they do, and why closeness is something their developing nervous system is biologically expecting. We'll let go of some of the unrealistic expectations you've heard, and you'll leave with gentle, practical ways to support sleep that fit your own family.

Who it's for

This hour is for anyone who wants to understand infant sleep more deeply, whether you're expecting your first baby, in the thick of the newborn months, or caring for a toddler whose nights still feel like a puzzle. Partners, grandparents, and the people who help care for your baby are warmly welcome to join, and it can help a great deal when everyone looking after a baby shares the same understanding. You don't need any background in neuroscience to follow along.
