60 min consult

This consult is perfect when you feel like you’re doing okay except for a couple of sleep issues you need advice on. If you feel like you need to dive in deeper or need a more comprehensive analysis of your situation, the 90-min consult or the 1 month of support might be a better option for you.

1. Once you book through the link below, you will fill out an intake and sleep log that will give me a good understanding of your (and your baby’s) sleep situation. This could take you 30-60 minutes. You must submit the intake at least 48 hours before our call.
2. I will send you a sleep foundations video to set the stage for our consult.
3. We will connect for 45-60 minutes to discuss sleep strategies that can help you get more sleep without sleep training.
4. I will send you notes on everything we talked about, including links for further learning.

This is a deeper dive into your family’s sleep situation than the 60-min consult, with more time to connect 1:1, and a follow-up by email to answer any questions you have one week after we chat.

4. I will send you notes on everything we talked about, including links for further learning.
5. I will email you a week after our consult to answer any questions you have after having tried some of the approaches.

This package is for moms who’d like a deep dive into their sleep situation AND get 5 weeks of support as they implement the changes.

1. Once you book through the link below, you will fill out a detailed intake and sleep log that will give me a good understanding of your (and your baby’s) sleep situation. This could take you up to 60 minutes. You must submit the intake at least 48 hours before our first call.
2. I will send you a sleep foundations video to set the stage for our consult.
3. We will connect for 60-90 minutes to deep dive into changes and sleep strategies that can help you get more sleep without sleep training.
4. I will send you notes on everything we talked about, including links for further learning, so you can start making some changes that first week after our call.
5. You can fill out a daily check-in form to let me know how you’re doing with changes and ask any questions you have.
6. We will connect for up to 45 min at the end of the first week to check in on your progress with foundational changes and talk about your sleep plan.
6. You can book up to 2 additional 45-min calls within 5 weeks of our first call.
